We are looking for a Real Estate Data and Contract Manager in our Group Real Estate team in Helsinki!

About the Role
As a Real Estate Data and Contract Manager, you will be part of Mehiläinen Group’s real estate team, which is globally responsible for lease agreements, energy consumption monitoring, energy efficiency measures, real estate data, and the technical concept of construction. An important aspect of this role is the ability to understand processes and an interest in finding opportunities to automate manual work. Strong social and negotiation skills are emphasized when supporting lease agreement negotiations in various countries. This role is more finance and data-oriented than a traditional role focused on technical real estate matters. In this position, you will work closely with the Group’s Director of Real Estate, who will also be your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in lease agreement negotiations globally.

Maintain and developing real estate data and reporting.

Insurance data management and support in insurance claims.

Energy efficiency and consumption management

Develop and automate lease payment and other real estate processes

Collaborate effectively with local real estate teams in Europe.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have / these things are considered an advantage:

Qualifications & Experience:
A relevant university degree.

Over 5 years of work experience in demanding professional roles

Proven experience in contract negotiations

Very good skills in Excel and Power BI

Skills & Attributes:
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

A curious mindset, eager to learn new technologies and processes.

Interest in and understanding of real estate related processes.

Strong project skills with a ”get things done” attitude.

Excellent communication and information-sharing skills.

Stress tolerance and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English language skills.
