Sandwich artisti, Assistant Manager

Daily work in a restaurant and management by its own example. Precisement of incoming loads and orders checking incoming loads and orders. You are responsible for paperwork related to the daily operation of the restaurant. Monitoring and analysis of weekly sales and inventory reports to business development. You will ensure that occupational safety practices are followed to avoid incidents. You will create a high-quality workprint when handling products, cashier work and customer encounters.
