Development Manager, K Finance K Group

We are looking for a Development Manager to support K Finances data-driven management, technology development, and implementation. The position is part of the groups business controlling team within the K Group. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and training the financial forecasting system (Anaplan). You will identify existing best practices as well as the most promising areas for development. You will solve challenges in a practical manner, listening to stakeholders and efficiently leveraging group models.

We expect from you:

– A relevant higher education degree (e.g., M.Sc. (Econ.), M.Sc. (Tech.), BBA)
– Expertise in independent Anaplan development in the role of model builder
– Experience and understanding of financial tasks and forecasting models – Ability and proven experience in mastering various technologies broadly, as well as successful and independent use of them (e.g. data warehousing, data integration, BI). You are also required to be able and interested to technically familiarize yourself with different technologies

– Interest in utilizing GenAI and automation solutions in analytics, decision support, and process optimization
– You want to help those around you succeed through your own work and are ready to support others in utilizing data
– Ability to work in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage
