Halo Igloos is a premium resort in Rovaniemi, combining modern Nordic design, private wellness (sauna & jacuzzi) and authentic Arctic nature. We create high-end, immersive experiences for international guests looking to connect with Lapland in a unique and meaningful way.

We are now looking for service-minded **Receptionists** to join our team for the winter season 20262027.

**About the Role**

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Halo Igloos, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests.

You play a key role in shaping the overall experience by creating a warm, professional and seamless arrival and departure. From check-in to check-out, you ensure every interaction reflects our premium standards and attention to detail.

**What You Will Do**

– Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes

– Handle reservations, payments and guest information

– Provide information about the resort, services and local experiences

– Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a professional manner

– Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments

– Assist with bookings, transfers and activity arrangements

– Upsell additional services and enhance the guest experience

– Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations

**What We Expect**

– Previous experience in reception, hospitality or customer service

– Previous experience of MEWS, Fareharbor systems is a plus

– Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)

– Professional, positive and service-oriented attitude

– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

– Good organizational and problem-solving skills

– Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
