We are now looking for a

FLIGHT OPERATIONS ENGINEER

who will be responsible for producing and maintaining aircraft manuals, related processes, software and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will join our closely connected Flight Operations Engineering team.

Main responsibilities:
– Following aircraft manufacturer manual revisions and guidance.
– Produce and customize Finnair-specific changes to manufacturer manuals in cooperation with pilots.
– Manages IT systems that enable the creation and distribution of manuals for internal and external stakeholders.
– Ensure manuals meet organizational quality standards and regulatory requirements.
– Track aircraft avionics changes that impact operational documentation across functions.
– Support other Flight Operations Engineering functions.

Our expectations:
– Bachelors degree in engineering, IT or another relevant field (masters degree preferred).
– Willingness to develop expertise in documentation, digital technology, and aviation.
– Knowledge of aircraft operations is considered an advantage.
– Strong logical problem-solving skills.
– Team player with excellent communication skills.
– Proficiency in written and spoken English and Finnish.
