Quantity Surveyor

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support one of our client on a Data Centre project located in Vaasa, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Supervise the procurement of packages ensuring technical completion
* Monitor sub-contractor and supplier payments and sub-contractor variations
* Manage the project budget as directed by the Project Director
* Manage relevant client communications
* Document and cost changes to the work scopes and prepare the monthly valuations and final accounts

Requirements:
* Suitable educational background for the position
* 5 years experience in a similar role is essential, preferably within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment
* Data Centre experience would be a significant advantage
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
