QA/QC Engineer

Enersense Engineering is currently looking for QA/QC Engineers for CSA and MEP packages for our client’s data centre construction team in Helsinki area, Finland.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Monitor CSA/MEP works on site to ensure work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, standards, and regulations
* Support and maintain QA/QC procedures for CSA/MEP works throughout the project
* Review method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs) and quality documents submitted by subcontractors
* Carry out site inspections and audits, identify quality issues and issue NCRs when needed
* Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and follow up on corrective actions
* Work closely with design teams, engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality matters are resolved efficiently
* Ensure materials and workmanship are properly inspected, tested and documented
* Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, certificates and QA/QC documentation
* Support project reporting by updating quality records and tracking progress
* Participate in project handover activities, including quality documentation and O&M manuals
* Promote quality, safety and compliance across all CSA/MEP works

Requirements:
* Relevant Engineering or Construction degree (Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred)
* Previous experience as a QA/QC Engineer on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centre, industrial or technology environments
* Good understanding of CSA/MEP construction practices, standards and regulations
* Experience with QA/QC processes, inspections and test plans
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and technical project environment
* Good command of English (written and spoken)
