Project Planner

Enersense Engineering Oy is currently looking for a Project Planner to support our clients growing project portfolio in Vaasa, Finland.

In this role, you will work as part of the planning team supporting a portfolio of projects, including both EEQ (Engineering, Estimating & Quotation) and EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) phases. The position focuses on schedule development and coordination, stakeholder engagement and integration with supporting functions, using modern Primavera planning tools.

Main tasks and responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)
* Manage multiple projects in parallel within a portfolio-based planning environment
* Coordinate closely with engineering, estimating, procurement and other supporting functions to ensure schedule alignment
* Provide schedule inputs and outputs to support cost estimates, bid/quotation activities, project reviews and stakeholder reporting
* Ensure schedules comply with internal planning standards, templates and best practices
* Support reporting, progress tracking and high-level scenario planning within Oracle Primavera Cloud
* Provide planning support across both EEQ and EPC projects, depending on project needs

Requirements
* Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6
* Background in project planning within the construction, energy or engineering sector
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in a portfolio environment
* Understanding of both early-phase project planning (engineering, estimating, bid/quotation) and project execution phases
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Familiarity with portfolio-level reporting
* English language skills
