Project Manager, Mechanical works

Enersense Engineering Oy is currently seeking a Project Manager to take responsibility for mechanical works in industrial, infrastructure and data center projects in Helsinki.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the planning and execution of mechanical works in collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors
* Monitor and supervise ongoing mechanical works, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality requirements, and technical specifications
* Maintain high standards of quality and safety, ensuring that agreed procedures are followed
* Support bidding and tendering processes, including providing technical input, defining scope of work, and evaluating proposals
* Participate in design development and design reviews, ensuring constructability and adherence to project requirements
* Take overall responsibility for the management, coordination, and supervision of all mechanical installations throughout the project
* Ensure that personnel, materials, information, and equipment are available on time to enable safe and efficient work
* Coordinate activities with contractors and subcontractors working on shared work areas to ensure smooth and safe operations
* Review and approve project documentation as well as weekly site manager reports
* Lead weekly project meetings with key stakeholders
* Prepare and report weekly updates on project schedule, resources, materials, deviations, change orders, and key risks or disruptions

Requirements
* Relevant technical education (Engineer or equivalent) with experience in managing significant mechanical contracts or scopes
* 5–10 years of experience leading large mechanical projects (e.g., industrial, infrastructure, energy, or data center projects)
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams in complex project environments
* Strong skills in planning, coordination and reporting
* English language skills
