Electrical Lead

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an Electrical Lead to support our client’s Data Centre projects located in Kirkkonummi and Helsinki, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Take a leading role in driving productivity through effective weekly and daily work plans
* Coordinate electrical design activities with internal teams and subcontractors
* Supervise and monitor the progress of ongoing works, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards
* Maintain high standards of Quality and Safety, ensuring all procedures are implemented and monitored effectively
* Monitor and manage labour tracking sheets and resource allocation
* Oversee and coordinate the full Electrical installation across the project
* Engage with project stakeholders, including clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals
* Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
* Lead and mentor project teams, including supervisors and foremen
* Work proactively with foremen to ensure people, materials, information, and equipment are in place to support safe and productive work
* Coordinate activities with other subcontractors operating in shared work areas to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient progress
* Review and sign off on project documentation and weekly foremen reports, ensuring all issues are tracked and closed out promptly
* Lead weekly project meetings with key stakeholders, including foremen, Safety Advisor, QA Engineer, and BIM teams
* Ensure meeting actions are recorded, assigned, and closed out before the next meeting
* Maintain accurate minutes of meetings with clear action ownership

Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years experience in managing large-scale Electrical projects such as commercial offices, retail, hotels, schools, or data centres
* Data centre project experience is highly desirable
* Engineering qualification preferred, with recent experience in managing major electrical contracts
* Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams in a dynamic project environment
* Excellent planning, coordination, and reporting abilities
