Document Controller
Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a Document Controller to support our client’s Data Centre project located in Vaasa, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Ensure all project documentation adheres to company standards and the Integrated Management System (IMS)
* Distribute and track documents to ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive and have access to the latest versions of project documentation (including drawings, schedules, specifications, contracts, submittals, requests for information )RFI), and reports)
* Maintain and update project registers such as the document register, RFI register, action log and issue log
* Analyse and summarise data from various project logs, highlighting outstanding actions or overdue items
* Generate regular reports to support project tracking, including document status updates and overdue reports
Requirements:
* Suitable educational background for the position
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar site-based role
* High level of verbal and written English is essential
* Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
* High level of IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience of knowledge sharing applications is advantageous
