Chef – Specialized in Döner, Tantuni, and Burger Products
**Our restaurant is seeking a skilled and professional Chef for a permanent position. The employment will begin on August 15, 2026.**
**Job Duties**
**Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:**
**Daily marinating of beef and chicken döner, assembling the spit (döner cone), and roasting.**
**Preparing döner portions and wraps (dürüm) in accordance with the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.**
**Preparing tantuni portions according to the restaurant’s operational procedures.**
**Preparing steamed garlic burgers (Islak Burger) and their specialized sauces.**
**Making the restaurant’s signature sauces based on provided recipes, and participating in new product development when necessary.**
**Managing daily kitchen prep (mise en place), cleaning, and self-monitoring (food safety) tasks.**
**Complying with food hygiene regulations and self-monitoring protocols.**
**Requirements for the Applicant**
**At least two (2) years of practical work experience in preparing döner, tantuni, and burger products.**
**Proven experience in marinating beef and chicken döner, assembling the spit, and managing daily production.**
**Ability to prepare products strictly according to the restaurant’s recipes, work instructions, and quality requirements.**
**Readiness to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.**
**A meticulous, organized, and responsible approach to work.**
**A valid Hygiene Passport (Hygieniapassi).**
