Role Summary:
The Data Centre Site Director is accountable for end-to-end operations, safety, availability, and continuous improvement of a large-scale, mission-critical data centre campus in Finland. This leader owns all site operations including electrical and mechanical infrastructure operations, IT hardware operations, logistics, vendor/contractor management, customer engagement, and regulatory/compliance execution, while building and developing a high performing operations organization. The role will establish the sites operating model, hire and grow multi-disciplinary teams, and managers/leads, create scalable processes and procedures, and lead capacity growth through expansions and upgrades.
