We are expanding our team, and we are looking for Characterization Operators.

About the job:
Under the direction of the characterization manager, the Characterization Operator is responsible for performing various measurements of chips and materials, including optical inspection, electrical and light measurements. The Characterization Operator is also responsible for recording, analyzing data, and reporting anomalies. Experience with microscopes, or electronic measurement equipment is advantageous.

You will be learning and achieving certification for various assigned tools or operations. During your work, we expect you to support continuous improvement activities for productivity and quality enhancement of the processes and methods in which you are involved.

Job Requirements:
– Must be able to work in 2 shifts mode
– Able to understand and follow complex directions, whether given verbally or in writing
– Responsible for learning, understanding, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), as well as providing feedback and improvement suggestions
– Detail-oriented and very conscientious in your actions
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken
– Fast-learner with a ”can-do” attitude
– Good documentation skills
– Comfortable with performing repetitive tasks for certain periods of time
– Flexible and able to prioritize
