We are looking for a Sales Account Manager, Buildings in Finland. In this role, you will focus on growing Cadmatic’s building business in the Finnish market. You work hands-on with customers to develop new business and grow selected existing accounts. Your role combines opening doors, building trust, and turning opportunities into long-term customer relationships. You work closely with internal experts and delivery teams and report directly to our Sales Director Nordic, Ivan Siksne-Pedersen. This role offers clear ownership, visibility, and the chance to make a concrete impact in a growing business area. In this role, you can work fully remotely from your home office in Finland or at some of our Finland offices: Turku, Tampere or Kotka.
 

What you will work on: 

  • Driving new business growth in the Finnish Buildings market 

  • Building long-term customer relationships that support retention and account growth 

  • Identifying, qualifying, and developing sales opportunities with new and existing customers 

  • Leading customer discussions to understand needs, challenges, and priorities 

  • Presenting Cadmatic software and value in a clear and credible way 

  • Coordinating customer demonstrations with pre-sales and product experts 

  • Managing a healthy sales pipeline with good forecast visibility 

  • Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals 

  • Following market trends, competitors, and customer developments in the buildings sector 

  • Sharing customer and market feedback to support product and business development

What helps you succeed in this role: 

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, technology, or technical solutions 

  • Ability to win new business and keep sales processes moving forward 

  • Consultative sales approach with focus on customer value 

  • Confidence in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations 

  • Structured way of working with pipeline management and follow-up 

  • Fluent Finnish and good English skills 

  • Willingness to travel within Finland when needed
