Technical Account Manager, Turku

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager for our client, Wipro Infrastructure Engineering Oy, to develop customer relationships and seek new business opportunities are you the technical expert we are looking for?

Wipro Infrastructure Engineering develops, manufactures, and markets high-quality hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic components for different customer segments. Company is also a well-known OEM manufacturer of double acting hydraulic cylinders. Wipro operates internationally and about 70% of their turnover comes from export.

In this role, you will have a key responsibility in developing and maintaining both domestic and international customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a customer-oriented and proactive team player who brings fresh perspectives and has strong communication skills.

Competence Requirements:

– Experience in technical sales or similar roles
– Excellent social skills and a genuine enthusiasm for customer relations
– Strong proficiency in both English and Finnish
– Willingness to travel as needed, along with a proactive and goal-oriented approach to work.

Your role will focus on:

– Strengthening existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
– Providing technical support and offering customer-oriented solutions.
– Proactively acquiring new customers we expect you to have the confidence to approach new contacts and open doors to new collaboration opportunities.

Remote work is possible and will be agreed upon separately.
