Cleaner Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and reliable **cleaning trainee (cleaner trainee)** to join our growing cleaning service company. The work mainly includes home cleaning, move-out cleaning, and occasionally office or general cleaning at our clients premises in the Espoo, Helsinki, and Vantaa areas, as well as other parts of the Uusimaa region when needed.

As a trainee, you will initially work together with an experienced cleaner and learn practical cleaning tasks on the job. Your duties include cleaning surfaces, vacuuming and washing floors, thorough cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, and other general cleaning tasks based on customer needs.

We are looking for a person who is careful, punctual, and self-motivated. Previous experience in cleaning is not required the most important thing is a good attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to do the job well. Full training and guidance will be provided.

The work requires good physical condition, as it involves movement, lifting, and active work throughout the day.

Speaking English is sufficient for this role. Finnish language skills are considered an advantage, especially in customer interactions.

Having your own car is a big advantage, as the job may involve traveling between different cleaning locations in the Espoo, Helsinki, and Vantaa areas, as well as wider Uusimaa. Fuel costs will be compensated. All necessary cleaning equipment and supplies will be provided by the employer.
