Sales Channel Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Channel Manager to expand and improve our reseller network of Secure Communication solution in Europe. Your mission is to identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners—such as System Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and specialized resales enterprises —who will drive the sales of Bittium SafeMove and Bittium Tough Mobile product families.

This is a commercially focused role. You will be measured directly on your ability to build a partner ecosystem that generates a consistent, high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner acquisition: Identify and sign high-value partners who already hold trusted relationships with relevant customer organizations. This work is strongly supported by the Head of Business Line.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring they are trained, incentivized, and fully equipped to sell our secure communication solution. Work will include onboarding of new partners and managing existing ones.
  • Lead generation: Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners to achieve annual lead generation and commercial targets. Plan concrete actions to create mutual business.
  • Pipeline tracking: Maintain a rigorous view of the partner-led pipeline, reporting regularly on KPIs and conversion rates. Your performance will be measured based on partnership network performance.

What we’re looking for

  1. Proactive builder: You are a proactive business developer who knows how to identify high-leverage partners, navigate complex organizational structures, and turn a handshake into a consistent stream of qualified leads.
  2. Cyber security fluency: You understand that selling to agencies and government requires long period consistent sale work and creditability. You can speak confidently about VPN encryption, MDM compliance, and the unique regulatory pressures (such as NIS2 or similar frameworks) that our clients or resellers face.
  3. Commercial rigor & accountability: You are motivated by data and growth. You have a proven track record of managing a partner funnel with the same discipline as a direct sales pipeline, ensuring that every partnership has a clear ROI and contributes directly to our annual lead-generation targets.

Qualifications & experience

  • Industry experience: 3–5+ years in Channel Management or Partnerships within the cybersecurity or IT industry.
  • Domain knowledge: Solid understanding of network security and enterprise mobility management. You are familiar with concepts such as Post Quantum Cryptography and governmental information security classification levels.
  • Commercial mindset: A proven track record of hitting lead-generation or sales targets. We are not looking some just to manage but drive co-operations to new levels.
  • Communication: Fluency in English written and verbal is a must. Fluent Finnish is a plus.
  • The selected candidate will need to undergo a background check conducted by Finnish official authorities.
