We are looking for a skilled and reliable builder or carpenter to carry out a comprehensive renovation of a detached house built in 1977. The project includes a full wet room renovation, interior surface work, and the construction of new outdoor terraces.

**Key tasks**

– Concrete pour and floor drain installation in the bathroom

– Waterproofing of the bathroom floor

– Full tiling of the bathroom (floor and walls)

– Surface renovation of other rooms (floors, walls, painting)

– Design and construction of outdoor terrace(s)

– Other general renovation tasks related to a 1970s house

**Required skills**

– Proven experience with wet rooms and waterproofing

– Competence in concrete work

– Tiling experience

– General surface renovation skills (plastering, painting, flooring)

– Experience building outdoor decks/terraces

– Familiarity with older construction methods (1970s buildings)

– Ability to work independently and manage a schedule

**Considered an asset**

– Vocational or trade qualification in construction

– References from similar renovation projects

– Own tools and equipment preferred
