**SHUTTLE BUS GUIDE**

Apukka Resort Oy is looking for **shuttle bus guides** for the 2026-2027 season.

Are you articulate, energetic, and do you enjoy meeting international guests? Do you want to be the first and last smile our customers encounter on their journey toward Arctic adventures? We are now looking for shuttle bus guides to join our team, responsible for ensuring a smooth transportation experience for our guests between Rovaniemi city center, Santa Claus Village, and Apukka Resort. As a shuttle bus guide, you play a key role in ensuring that our guests journey starts and ends successfully. Note: Daily shifts begin and end in Rovaniemi city center.

**Your responsibilities include:**

– Welcoming guests: You meet guests at pick-up points in Rovaniemi city center and Santa Claus Village at the Arctic Circle, well before departure.

– Customer service and coordination: You check participant lists in the FareHarbor system and guide guests to the correct bus.

– Hosting and creating atmosphere: During the journey, you act as a guide using the microphone, presenting and promoting Apukka Resorts diverse services such as accommodation, restaurants, and activity programs, as well as the possibility of returning to the resort independently to enjoy our services.

– Providing information: You give guests important information about changing into equipment, excursion start times, and return transportation.

– Excellent language skills: The main working language is English, as you will meet guests from all over the world

– Confidence in performing: You enjoy speaking in front of people and know how to engage your audience (youre not afraid to ask guests to raise their hands or cheer at the end of a successful excursion!)

– Punctuality and professionalism: You manage schedules carefully and represent Apukka with pride while wearing company attire

– A positive attitude: You create a safe and welcoming feeling for guests from the very first moment

**You will stand out if you have:**

– Previous experience in seasonal work or similar roles

– Additional language skills

– First aid skills

The position follows the collective agreement for the program services sector.

Duration: November-March

Type: Part-time, 94114 hours per 3 weeks

Working hours: Two-shift work, evenings/holidays work, weekend work

Salary: 14 € – 15,80 € / hour + additional allowances
