**SALES ASSISTANT**

Apukka Resort Oy is hiring **Sales Assistants** for the 2026-2027 season.

Your duties will include communicating with the resorts customers through various channels: email, phone, and also direct messages on social media. You should be prepared to work in a customer-facing role at Apukka Resorts Adventure House. You are consistent, get along well with people, and have the ability to welcome customers like friends. You are present for the customer and help ensure their unforgettable holiday experience.

The job consists of booking accommodation and activities for our guests, customizing holiday packages, and handling other daily digital and manual tasks. The sales team works closely with other departments. You will work on-site in our sales office, located at the beautiful Apukka Resort. The job is shift-based work (two shifts). Work is carried out every day of the week, including weekends.

**You will stand out if you have:**

– Previous experience in seasonal work

– Previous experience in tourism sales and familiarity with booking systems such as MEWS and FareHarbor _(training will be provided)_

– Education in the tourism field

– Knowledge of additional languages

The position follows the Collective Agreement for Employees in Tourism, Restaurant, and Leisure Services

Duration: Starting between September November, lasting until February March 2027

Type: Full-time

Working hours: Shift work, evenings/holidays, weekends

Salary: 2431,67 € – 2689,55 € / month + additional allowances
