**EQUIPMENT ASSISTANT**

Apukka Resort Oy is looking for **equipment assistants** for the 2026-2027 season.

As an equipment assistant, you play an important role by helping our guests dress in safari clothing. You explain why each item is worn and advise guests on whether their own clothing is suitable for Laplands weather conditions.

In addition to maintaining the cleanliness of the dressing area, the job includes actively washing and maintaining the equipment on a daily basis.

During a single day, hundreds of people are outfitted. Often, customers also return the equipment on the same day. At times, the work can be busy, so efficiency and an energetic approach are expected.

Your most important personal quality is organizational skills, as well-organized equipment makes your work and your teams work much easier. In addition, you have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

The position follows the collective agreement for the program services sector.

Duration: November-March

Type: Full-time, 120 hours per 3 weeks

Working hours: Two-shift work, evenings/holidays, weekends

Salary: 2322 € 2636 € /month + additional allowances
