Apukka Resort Oy is looking for **elves** for the 20262027 season.

As an elf, you are a guide and an entertainer, all in one cheerful package. Your task is to bring joy wherever you and your guests go. You will tell stories and entertain both children and adults during the Santa Claus program. You will work together with other elves and ensure that your guests know where to go and what to do, and that schedules are followed and the program runs according to plan and storyline.

As an elf, you make fairy tales come true. Your most important tools are your performance skills and your ability to immerse yourself in the role. You are a social team player and get along well with childrenthey are your biggest fans! You are also good at managing groups and have language skills as well as local knowledge.

You are a brave and open-minded person with the ability to throw yourself into the role, take initiative, and adapt when needed. You have strong social skills and rely on common sense in problem situations. You speak fluent Englishadditional language skills are an advantage. You are an excellent team player, but you are also comfortable working independently. You handle stress well and maintain a magical guest experience even during busy times. You are a positive colleague who helps maintain not only a pleasant work atmosphere but also a festive, storybook-like Christmas spirit.

Before the season begins, we organize an elf training program, where you will learn important skills such as guiding, customer service, and first aid.

The position follows the collective agreement for the program services sector.

Duration:

– SeptemberOctober: part-time work

– SeptemberOctober: part-time NovemberDecember: full-time work (part-time work also possible)

– Some elves may have the opportunity to continue until the end of March

Type: Full-time (120 hours / 3 weeks) or part-time as agreed

Working hours: Vary between 08:00 and 23:00, including evening and weekend work, The job is shift-based (two shifts). Work is carried out every day of the week, including weekends.

Salary: 2449,07 € – 2636,81 € / month (full time), 14,23 € – 15,33 € / hour (part-time)
