Chief Accountant for Anora Lithuania

As the Chief Accountant at Anora, you play an important role in ensuring the financial integrity and reporting accuracy of our newly established operations in Lithuania. You are responsible for overseeing the full accounting functions and actions, preparing annual financial statements and reports of our business entity, and ensuring compliance with Lithuanian financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting for Anora Lithuania.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reports and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Collaborate with the Anora team in the Baltics and Nordics to prepare financial statements and reports.
• Payroll accounting and reporting according to local legislation and maintaining of personnel registers and agreements, as an extended HR.                                      

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant, ideally in an international company preparing annual financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Fluency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, experience with SAP is a clear advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, Russian is advantage.
