Personal assistant

I am a 50-year-old man living in Central Helsinki, and I am looking for a reliable and active Personal Assistant to help me with daily tasks. You can apply for a long-term position or strictly for the summer season.

I use an electric wheelchair for mobility. I already have another assistant who works when needed, so we can arrange the working hours and shifts flexibly.

Your main duties will include:

– **Household chores:** Cleaning, cooking, and washing dishes.

– **Daily organizing:** Sorting things out at home and running errands.

– **Physical assistance:** Helping me with transfers, dressing, and other similar daily activities.

Working hours and shifts:

Shifts are available both during the **day** and at **night**.

– You can apply for day shifts only, night shifts only, or both – please specify your preference in your application.

– The exact hours and workload can be agreed upon flexibly based on your situation (e.g., part-time or on-call).

What I expect from you:

– Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, proactive attitude.

– Good communication skills (Finnish or fluent English).

– Previous experience in personal assistance or care work is a plus, but not mandatory – a great attitude is what matters most, as I will guide you through all the tasks.

– **Starting date:** As agreed / as soon as possible.

– **Traveling:** Assisting during possible trips abroad (please let me know in your application whether you have a European Union passport or if you require a visa to travel).
