Childminder/nanny

We are a family of five (parents, daughter, 11.5-year-old twins, and one-year-old) who live in Helsinki, Finland. The mom works shifts.
I seek a childminder/nanny to provide the tasks and responsibilities below.
1. Provides customized and personalized childcare for our one-year-old and soon-to-be-12-year-old twins in our home. Guidance when necessary for older kids
2.Taking them to hobbies and caring for the little child when parents are at work.
3. Contribute to a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children thrive and develop.
4. It is crucial that the worker speaks YORUBA and ENGLISH fluently; Finnish and French are a plus.
Working hours vary, mostly 7 am to 15 pm (7-3pm) or 15pm to 22pm (3-9pm). Weekly work is 4 or 5 days; some days are shorter, while others are longer.
The position requires a criminal background check, which is based on the Act on investigating the criminal background of those working with children (504/2002)
