Responsible Gaming Specialist

We’re now looking for someone who shares that mindset. As a Responsible Gaming Specialist, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our players can enjoy safe and sustainable entertainment.
The Opportunity
As our new Responsible Gaming Specialist, you’ll work hands-on with daily RG operations and support teams across Paf. You’ll analyze data and KPIs, maintain our RG content online, and contribute to ongoing improvements in how we protect our players.
In this role, you will:
– Ensuring operational RG tasks run smoothly and according to our internal processes
– Support internal teams – especially Customer Support – with Responsible Gaming-related questions and customer cases
– Handle administrative tasks such as updating player data and maintaining information in our internal systems
– Monitoring, analyzing and reporting RG KPIs and statistics
– Ensuring that responsible gaming content on our Paf Group websites is accurate and up to date
– Conducting duty of care calls to Finnish players
– Taking part in development projects that strengthen our RG framework and player protection

Your profile
– Strong communication skills in English and Finnish
– Experience in customer service is a plus
– Structured and detail-oriented
– Curious, proactive and quick to learn
– Analytical and able to turn data into insights
– Genuine interest in Responsible Gaming and player well-being
