CNC machine operator / Virrat

We are looking for a **skilled CNC Machinist** for our client for a long-term position in Virrat, Finland.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of technically demanding machining tasks. The position requires particular attention to precision, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:

– Operating CNC machines and setting up machines for production

– Machining components according to technical drawings and work instructions

– Using CNC programs and making adjustments when necessary

– Selecting and changing tools and making machine adjustments

– Measuring components and carrying out quality control

– Monitoring and optimizing machining processes

– Maintaining machines and keeping the work environment in good condition

– Cooperating with other production personnel and supervisors

What We Expect from You

– Previous experience in CNC machining

– Experience in milling and/or turning

– Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings

– Good knowledge of measuring tools and measurement techniques

– Familiarity with CNC controls and programming

– Precise and careful approach to work

– Ability to work independently

– Initiative and a responsible attitude

– Willingness to develop your professional skills

**Experience in demanding machining operations, multi-axis CNC machines, or CAD/CAM programming will be considered an advantage.** Strong machining skills and a willingness to learn and develop are also highly valued.
