Talent Acquisition Partner / Technical Recruiter

OURA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its team in Helsinki. This role requires full-cycle recruiting experience from technical and design roles.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about building diverse teams, and committed to providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with the existing team to enhance processes and identify new sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers to secure key hires that significantly impact the business.

You will be part of our supportive and engaging team of people professionals located in Finland and the USA. We are committed to continuous development and improvement in our processes and ourselves, and we hope you share an interest in modern recruitment and talent acquisition methods.

This is a hybrid role, with occasional evening meetings to accommodate global team members.

The employment relationship will be established as a fixed-term temporary employment assignment between Adecco and the employee. The position will start as soon as possible, and the estimated duration of the assignment is until the end of September 2026.

What You will do:

– Manage, drive, and own the complete recruiting lifecycle. This includes active sourcing across multiple channels to build robust pipelines, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ultimately closing candidates.
– Continuously build a diverse talent pipeline by employing creative sourcing strategies and techniques, ensuring both short-term and long-term recruitment needs are met.
– Collaborate closely with teams to understand their hiring needs, proactively translating these into effective recruiting strategies and interview plans for each open position. Regular reporting on results is essential.
– Act as an advocate for both the company and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow-through to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

We would love to have You on our team, if You have:

– At least 4 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (e.g. software engineering, design, product)
– Demonstrated ability to source and close senior-level candidates in technical roles.
– A team player with the ability to wear many hats and navigate ambiguity.
– Passionate and driven, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
– Experience working in a global team is a plus
