OURA is now looking for a

TALENT ACQUISITION ASSISTENT

to join their team in Helsinki. The job is full time, and estimated duration is until the end of 09/2025.

The work of on Talent Acquisition assistant consists of supporting Talent Acquisition activities in Finland and UK. You will schedule and coordinate interviews, support in candidate communication and act as a link between candidates and the recruiter. Your job description also includes part-time office assistant duties, such as organizing and supporting events planning, substituting office admin absences and helping with all operative matters.

We are looking for an energetic person who can support the talent acquisition team throughout the process. You’ll need to have good communications and organizing skills, positive and inspiring attitude and ability to handle fast changing situations. We hope you work independently and also take initiative to suggest improvements. As you are working closely with the entire organization, we hope you feel at home interacting with people and creating a positive atmosphere wherever you go.

Main tasks
– Job posting
– Candidate screening and interview scheduling
– Candidate interviewing support and communication
– Interview team communication
– Documentation support
– Supporting HR in different employee onboarding and offboarding tasks
– Assisting in planning and executing different visits and company events
– Overall office support as needed from time to time

We expect
– You to have fluent skills in English and Finnish (both oral and written), as you will be working in a multicultural working environment
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and / or relevant work experience (could be a new graduate)
– You are energetic and positive with a can-do attitude
– You have customer service-oriented and flexible mind set
