Access Lapland Oy is a company based in Rovaniemi, Finland, specialized in providing premium quality winter activities on snow and ice. Our main activities are ice karting, snowmobile safaris and Northern Lights tours.

We are looking for handy and flexible guides with professional attitude, for winter season 1.12.2026-31.3.2027 in our team in Rovaniemi.

Good English is mandatory in all positions; French, German, Italian, Finnish language skills are considered a big asset. Experience of karts and snowmobiles will bring you points. First aid (EA1) and driving license is necessary.

Applicants from Finland and the EU/EEA area are primarily recruited.

Work will start in 1.12.2026. Working hours: full-time including evening and weekend work.
