Work tasks

This role involves critical production planning and prioritization within engine delivery operations. You will manage order intake, ensure timely deliveries, and serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders. Your systematic approach and collaborative spirit will be vital in a cross-functional team committed to continuous improvement. – Manage order intake and production planning for engine deliveries
– Prioritize production tasks to ensure efficient workflow
– Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding deliveries
– Monitor deliverables and ensure timely report updates
– Communicate key milestones to internal customers
– Identify and implement opportunities to develop and automate current processes

We are looking for

– BSc or MSc in IT, engineering or a similar technical field
– MSOffice skills
– Excellent teamwork, communication and decision-making skills
– Systematic and analytical problem-solving approach
– Proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions for clarity
– Fluent in English, Finnish is a big plus

It is meritorious if you have
– Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts
– Prior experience in production or manufacturing planning
– Experience in interpreting technical drawings
– Experience in SAP

Other information:
– Start: Preferably in May
– Employment period: Permanent contract with Academic Work
– Location: Vaasa

The successful candidate might undergo a security clearance, the passing of which is a prerequisite for employment.
