Team member – Arctic Circle Resort – Part-time
Our resort in Arctic Circle is seeking an energetic and reliable Team Member to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, winter conditions, and providing excellent service to guests from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming guests on arrival and assisting with luggage
* Preparing igloos and cottages, including stocking and arranging firewood
* Driving and operating resort vehicles, including:
o Mönkijä (ATV)
o Moottorikelkka (snowmobile)
* Performing guest transfers and errands as required
* Ensuring pathways and entrances to accommodations remain clear and safe
* Assisting reception with guest needs, deliveries, and general support around the resort
Requirements
* Must have own car for commuting
* Good physical fitness (lifting, carrying, and outdoor tasks required)
* Ability to work in extreme winter conditions
* Experience with mönkijä and moottorikelkka driving (training can be provided)
* Positive attitude, reliability, and strong customer-service skills
* Basic English required; other languages a plus
