We are looking for a Head Chef or Shift Supervisor to Juva, with the opportunity to grow into a Head Chef role, for a full-time, permanent position.

This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial-minded professional or someone with a genuine interest and strong motivation to learn, develop, and grow into a more responsible role as a Head Chef.

In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the kitchen and the quality of food together with the team. You will lead kitchen operations while actively participating in hands-on work. Depending on your experience and skills, you will also take part in menu planning, ordering, self-monitoring (quality and hygiene control), and developing operations. We provide support and onboarding to help you grow in the role and develop your professional skills.
