Senior IT Integration Project Manager

Our client in manufacturing is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior IT Integration Project Manager to lead a strategic, business-critical enterprise integration program.

The assignment focuses on planning and leading the integration of a stand-alone sub-corporation into client’s global IT landscape. The project spans multiple legal entities, countries, business sites, applications, and business processes, requiring strong experience in complex international IT transformation and integration initiatives.

The Senior IT Integration Project Manager will report to the Project PMO Leads, representing both the IT and business sides.

 The main focus will be on establishing the foundations required for successful project execution, including:

• Defining and establishing the project governance model and ways of working
• Developing the overall project plan, roadmap, milestones, and execution framework
• Establishing project structures, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
• Coordinating IT and business stakeholders across countries, entities, and business sites

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong track record of leading complex, international IT integration or transformation programs
• Experience working across multiple countries, legal entities, business locations, and organizational units
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, applications, integrations, and business processes
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

Allocation: 100%
 Start date: 21 September 2026
 End date: 18 December 2026  (option for extension)
 Location: Espoo / remote
