HR Business Partner

We are seeking an HR professional to join Bittium as an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership within one of our business segments, shaping people‑related decisions and driving strategic HR initiatives that support business performance and long‑term growth.

You will also play a key role in developing and harmonizing Group‑level HRD practices, contributing to organizational capability building, leadership development, and the evolution of our people processes. Depending on your background, you will also have the opportunity to take ownership of broader Group‑wide HR initiatives.

What we expect from you

• University‑level education in a relevant field and up‑to‑date HR knowledge
• Relevant experience in diverse and responsible HR tasks; prior HR Business Partner experience is an advantage
• Experience in HRD, talent management, and recruitment
• Strong skills in employment relationship matters, including labour legislation and collective agreements (experience in the technology/IT sector is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
• Solid technical skills; you learn new systems quickly. Experience with Mepco HRM is beneficial
• Good time‑management and self‑management abilities
