Front of House Shift Supervisor to Bonito!

Bonito is hiring a Front of House Shift Supervisor to join its restaurant team in Helsinki!

Bonito is a small and welcoming restaurant inspired by Madrid, located in the Helsinki city centre. The food is designed to be shared and made with high-quality Spanish ingredients. Bonito is known for its easygoing atmosphere, friendly service and focus on making guests feel at home.

What the role looks like
This position is a hands-on role on the restaurant floor. As part of the front of house team, the shift supervisor helps take care of the daily service and supports the team during each shift. Tasks include:
-Taking care of opening and closing routines, cash register settlements and daily reports
-Supporting staff during the shift and helping keep things organised
-Working side by side with colleagues to ensure smooth service
-Looking after guests in a warm, attentive and professional way

What Bonito hopes you bring
-At least one year of experience from à la carte restaurant work in Finland
-Previous experience in a supervisory position
-Required certificates and permits (hygiene passport, alcohol passport, work permit if needed)
-A friendly, reliable and service-focused attitude
-Enjoyment of teamwork and helping the shift run well
Spanish language skills or an interest in Spanish food and culture are a very big advantage
