Our platform enables seamless digital access to services through solutions such as online bookings, remote consultations, digital care pathways, and AI-powered productivity tools including automated symptom assessment, ambient listening, and clinical documentation.
BeeHealthy is fully owned and financed by Mehiläinen, the leading private outpatient care provider in Europe, backed by CVC Capital Partners and Hellman & Friedman. Our platform is used across healthcare, veterinary, and social care organizations in more than 10 countries, and our team of 90+ professionals is based in Helsinki, Tallinn, Berlin, and Dubai.
As we continue our international expansion, we are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Sales Director to lead BeeHealthys growth in the UK market.
As Sales Director, UK, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy in the region. You will drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with providers, payers and partners, and position BeeHealthy as a market leader in digital healthcare solutions.
This role requires a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record in healthcare sales, ideally within B2B SaaS.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the UK.
Identify and Develop Opportunities: Prospect and build relationships with NHS organisations, private healthcare providers, social care organisations, distributors, integrators, and technology partners.
Lead the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
Market Insight and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, providing insights to inform our strategy.
Senior Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, including NHS leadership and private healthcare executives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach.
Local Market Representation: Act as the face of BeeHealthy in the UK, representing the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Significant experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, with a strong track record of selling into the UK healthcare sector (NHS and/or private healthcare).
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including NHS structures, procurement processes, regulatory frameworks (e.g. NHS procurement, GDPR, digital health standards).
Proven Results: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and close complex enterprise-level deals.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level. Skilled in articulating product value propositions and positioning against competitors.
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Network: Strong existing network within the UK healthcare ecosystem.
