Head of Service Delivery for BeeHealthy

We build scalable, multi-tenant SaaS solutions for many clients, integrating with various healthcare services and APIs. We emphasize great UX, accessibility, and maintainability, ensuring that our product provides the best possible experience for patients.
As Head of Service Delivery, you will strategically lead and grow BeeHealthy’s service delivery organization, shaping its long-term vision, technical capabilities, and operational excellence. You will foster a culture of ownership and customer focus, partner with product and tech teams to ensure platform reliability and scalability, and represent service delivery to key customers and across the company.
Must-have skills:
Experience in senior roles within Service Delivery, Operations, or Customer Success in SaaS environment.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing, customer-centric teams.
Deep understanding and practical experience with IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and their application.
Proven track record of defining and executing service strategies, organizational design, and career development paths.
Strong business acumen with the ability to make tough, company-wide service decisions and set clear priorities.
Proficiency in defining and implementing tooling, automation, and technology strategies for service delivery.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales)
Familiarity with compliance requirements and audit readiness, especially in regulated industries like healthcare.
Excellent English communication skills (Finnish is a plus).
Bonus points for:
Experience in a global or multi-national service delivery context.
Direct experience with healthcare IT systems or platforms.
Strong background in data-driven decision making and service analytics.
