Production Workers for Woodio

Woodio is a Finnish next-generation bathroom and design brand that combines the best of Nordic design traditions with sustainable bio-based material innovations, creating modern solutions for both homes and public spaces.
All our products are made from Woodios fully water-resistant wood composite, designed as an eco-friendly alternative to ceramic and stone materials. We are now looking for
production workers
to support the growth of our production.
What the work involves
Your tasks will depend on your skills and interests. You may work in:
Finishing
, responsible for surface finishing and quality inspection of products.
Dispatch
, handling inspection of finished products, packing, and order picking, ensuring that items are shipped accurately and on time.
Chip processing
, working with wood-based materials as part of the production process, preparing and handling materials at different stages.
Production lines
, operating and monitoring machinery and participating in various stages of product manufacturing as part of a team.
All tasks include thorough training, and over time, the goal is to learn multiple workstations. Work is currently on weekday day shifts, but the role requires readiness to move to a two-shift schedule.
The working language is
English
, so a good basic command of spoken English is required. You do not need to be a native speaker, nor is perfect grammar or writing ability required. The most important thing is that you can understand spoken English and communicate effectively in everyday work situations.
The employment will initially be through
Eezy Lahti
, with motivated and skilled employees having the opportunity to become permanent with Woodio later on. Salary follows the collective agreements of the
Plastic Products Industry
and the
Chemical Industry
.
Requirements
Valid, unrestricted work permit in Finland
Ability to commit to
full-time work
(this is not a part-time or temporary role)
Careful and responsible work approach
Flexibility and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills (for handling work instructions and orders)
Previous experience in production or dispatch is an advantage
