CSA Lead

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking a CSA Lead to support one of our client on a Data Centre project located in Vaasa, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the successful delivery of all CSA aspects of the project from design through to completion.
* Manage, track, and develop plans for project budgets, costs, labour resources, commissioning procedures, and overall performance.
* Direct the setup and implementation of CSA activities, ensuring that best-practice reporting, documentation, and scheduling systems are established from the outset.
* Coordinate closely with Client, Design Teams, and Project Management, ensuring alignment on scope, quality, and programme.
* Oversee ongoing client satisfaction, maintaining clear communication on progress, cost, and delivery milestones.
* Proactively monitor Health & Safety compliance, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring adherence to all statutory and company requirements.
* Drive and monitor quality performance, ensuring that project standards and client expectations are consistently achieved and exceeded.
* Support integration with MEP and Commissioning teams, ensuring alignment of CSA works with project interfaces and overall programme requirements.

Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant Construction, Civil, Structural, or Engineering discipline
* Proven experience in a CSA leadership role on large-scale Data Centre or industrial projects within a contracting environment
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination of CSA works in high-technology environments
