Job description:

As a greenhouse worker, you will work as an important part of the team in the greenhouse and contribute through your own efforts to plant cultivation, sowing, and packaging. Other tasks include planting, cutting, bagging, and various other greenhouse duties. Work in the greenhouse is mainly carried out in temperatures of 16–20°C. The job is physically demanding and repetitive, so good basic fitness and manual dexterity are required.

Commuting to the workplace requires access to a car.

The working language is Finnish or English, so we expect you to have a good command of either Finnish or English. Work is mainly seasonal, such as during Easter and the summer season, as well as in year-round shifts that become available. Working hours are generally Monday–Saturday between 5:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.; during busy periods, more work is available.

The job involves a lot of repetition and standing work, so good overall physical condition is required. We are looking for people who are flexible at different times of the year. Previous experience in horticultural work is appreciated, but we are also happy to provide training. What matters most is a good work attitude, a willingness to learn new things, and the desire to develop into a professional in the field.
