Haemme vastaanottovirkailijaa kesäkaudelle 2026.

Sopimus on määräaikainen kesäkauden 2026 ajan (aloitus- ja lopetuspäivät sovitaan erikseen). Työtunteja tehtävissä on tarjolla sopimuksen mukaan 60h/3vko.

Työvuorot voivat olla hotellista riippuen aamu-, ilta- ja yövuoroja.

Anniskelulainsäädännöstä johtuen tehtävässä vaaditaan 18-vuoden ikää.

Työtehtäväsi vastaanottovirkailijana:

Vastaanotto on hotellin keskus, joten olet aina tapahtumien keskipisteessä. Emme aina tiedä, millaisia haasteita kohtaamme päivän aikana, mutta ratkaisemme ne yhteistyössä eri osastojen kanssa – aina vieraidemme parasta ajatellen. Vastaanottovirkailijana työtehtäviisi kuuluvat vieraiden sisään- ja uloskirjaaminen Opera Cloud-järjestelmässä, lämmin ja asiantunteva asiakaspalvelu sekä osallistuminen työhön osaston tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi.

Tehtävässä menestyy tiimiläinen, jolla on kokemusta palvelualalta, hyvät yhteistyötaidot ja sujuva kirjallinen kielitaito niin suomeksi kuin englanniksikin. Alan koulutus katsotaan eduksi. Ennen kaikkea sinulla on palava halu luoda erinomaisia asiakaskokemuksia.

WE HAVE A POSITION FOR YOU RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a receptionist for the summer season 2026.

The contract is fixed-term during the summer season 2026 (start and end dates will be agreed on separately).
The positions will offer between 60 working hours per 3 weeks.

Depending on the hotel, your shifts can be morning, evening, or night shifts.

Due to alcohol serving legislation, this position requires you to be at least 18 years old.

Kindly note that this position requires a valid work permit for Finland and a minimum on B1 Finnish language skills.

Your responsibilities as a receptionist:

The reception is the heart of the hotel, so you’ll always be in the center of events. As a Receptionist, your tasks include guest check-in and check-out in the Opera Cloud system, warm and knowledgeable customer service, and contributing to achieving the department’s goals.

What we expect from you:

The successful team member in this role has experience in the service industry, good teamwork skills, and fluent written language skills in both Finnish and English. A background in the industry is considered an advantage. Above all, you have a desire to create excellent customer experiences.
