We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer for our energy industry client.

Test Automation Engineer

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the right things are tested with the appropriate level of coverage across our systems. You will define and drive test strategies and test plans while working closely with developers in an agile environment.

While developers are encouraged to write tests themselves, you will take ownership of test automation, security testing, performance testing, and test management, ensuring overall product quality. You will also play a key role in ongoing strategic initiatives within the Quality Assurance Department.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for backend and frontend systems
• Define test strategies and test plans, ensuring adequate test coverage across features
• Select, maintain, and recommend the most suitable testing tools for the project
• Analyze test results, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend quality improvements

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in test automation or quality engineering

Practical experience with:

• API testing
• Web application testing
• Vulnerability, integration, and non-functional testing
• Testing in cloud-based environments

• Location: Finland / Sweden / Poland
• Start date: Beginning of February 2026
• End date: June 2026
• Work allocation: 100%
