ASSISTANT BUSINESS CONTROLLER, FINLAND
We are seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Assistant Business Controller to join our Finland Business Control team in a permanent position at our head office in Helsinki. Become a Lindströmer and help us make a difference!
Your key contribution areas
As our Assistant Business Controller, your main mission is to support our Finland Business Control team and business stakeholders – helping transform data into actionable insights, drive financial performance, and empower business growth in Finland.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Participating in closings (FPM) and providing analyses, input, and insight

Preparing periodical business review presentations

Following up on forecasts and supporting business stakeholders

Assisting in the budgeting process

Maintaining and developing our tools
-
Supporting the preparation of materials and analyses for management
-
Providing information and ad-hoc analyses
-
Delivering benchmark and cost analyses

Participating in development projects

To succeed, you’ll need:

An academic degree in Finance or Accounting (minimum bachelor’s)

Some previous experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Controlling

Understanding of business dynamics, with the ability to interpret revenue and cost drivers, and identify business opportunities and threats

Interest in data analysis and fluency with digital tools (we use FPM, Tableau, PowerBI, AX)

Full working proficiency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)
