Would you be our new Project Quality Engineer?
As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be a key member of our skilled quality management team and gain expertise in quality and risk management across projects of various sizes. You will work closely with the project managers and other project team members in both investment and turnaround projects, supporting project stakeholders by monitoring and carrying out quality activities throughout all project phases.
You will take responsibility for the preparation and updating of quality and risk management plans and maintain the project risk register. Your work includes participating in project meetings and reviews, as well as facilitating workshops such as quality and risk assessments. As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our practices and tools.
This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term position with the aim of continuing employment after the initial period. The preferred starting date is at the end of January. The role offers flexibility for a balanced everyday life and can also be carried out at 80% capacity if that best supports your situation. Your primary workplace will be in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, and depending on project needs, you will have the possibility to work from the Espoo headquarters or remotely a few days per week. The employment contract will be signed with Biisoni.
What are we looking for?
You may be a recent graduate or already have some experience in project-based work, particularly within industrial environments. A solid foundation for this role comes from engineering studies, such as chemical, process or another relevant field. To succeed, you will benefit from previous experience in project quality activities, occupational safety and project risk management. In addition, experience with investment or turnaround projects and project handover activities is considered an advantage. Fluent Finnish and English language skills are essential, as you will be working in both languages on a daily basis.

You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are able to adapt to different projects, teams and ways of working.
