We are currently looking for an on-call
Danish-speaking
customer service assistant for our client company in Pasila, Helsinki. You will become part of a cheerful team in a rapidly growing and innovative company within the beauty and health industry. Our customer service team handles well-known brands such as VitaePro and Oslo Skin Lab. You will work on-site at our office in Pasila. You may be at the beginning of your career or already an experienced professional; what matters most to us is your positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
About the role of Customer Service Assistant
As a customer service assistant, you can expect a varied workday. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance and advice regarding various products. Your main responsibilities are to provide advice and support to Danish customers via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner. With excellent communication skills and a knack for service, you will ensure that customers receive the best possible assistance and advice. We expect you to be enthusiastic about sales work, as we aim to make use of sales potential in all customer interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in customer service and especially email and phone
Very good knowledge of Danish, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Experience in sales is advantageous
