Do you have experience in administrative tasks in logistics or similar fields? Do you find working with renewable energy interesting and meaningful?

Nordex Nordic regions Logistics team is seeking a new addition to join a Logistics Manager and a Logistics Assistant. As a Logistics Assistant you get to support with logistics-related administrative tasks. You will have an important role in ensuring compliance with the Nordex supply chain management system and Finnish and Swedish laws and regulations. You will be joining our office in Ruoholahti, Helsinki where we work with a hybrid model, with two office days weekly.

YOUR TASKS
– Administrative support, including preparing official documentation, collecting and registering various data
– Coordinate and track movement of goods, maintenance of vessel positions, trucking report analysis and port component stock control
– Monitoring Customs processes
– SAP move bookings and budget data maintenance
– PO creation and adjustments and invoice control
– Assisting Logistics Manager with operational tasks
– Collaborate and liaise with other departments

YOUR PROFILE
– Administrative work experience
– Practical experience in logistics, warehouse management, production and transport
– MS Office skills with basic Excel knowledge. SAP basic skills are a plus.
– Positive hands-on attitude and a proactive way of working in a fast-paced environment
– Great interpersonal and communication skills
– You are excited to work in an international team
– Fluent communication in English is a must, as English is our working language. Knowledge of Finnish or Swedish is an advantage
