Snowhotel Family is a family-owned company that offers unique ice and snow experiences in Lehtojärvi and in Santa Claus Village, Rovaniemi. In Lehtojärvi you can find Glass Igloos and a Snow Hotel, that offers unforgettable accommodation experiences under the flaming Northern Lights and surrounded by beautiful nature. Snow sauna and ice restaurants local treats won’t let you down! Snowman World, located in Santa Claus Village invites the whole family for snowy activities and to the playground made of ice and snow. Nearby you can also find a unique restaurant Santamus that offers tasty dishes for every occasion.

We are now looking for guides for the busy winter season 2024–2025! Your duties as a guide include introducing the Arctic Snow Hotel’s snow hotel area to the customers, guiding customers to the secrets of both the traditional and snow saunas, taking care of the sauna facilities and selling sauna drinks. As a guide you are also responsible for driving the guests to the attractions in Santa Claus Village and Lehtojärvi.

The job requires a driver’s license and experience of driving in winter conditions and skills to work independently. We consider previous experience in the tourism or restaurant industry as an advantage, as well as the possibility of using your own car.

Full time employment (120h/3 weeks) will start around November and last until around mid-March. Part-time work is also possible according to your availability! Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement, salary according to the agreement. Employment contract will be between Go On and employee.
