Service Instructor
**Come and join us as a Service Instructor in Cleaning Services for Commercial Cleaning in the Uusimaa region!**
Are you an experienced cleaning professional interested in a guiding role where you can support the daily operations of a team and help ensure high-quality service delivery? With us, work is carried out responsibly as part of a reliable team.
You will work under a supervisor as a Service Instructor and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality of cleaning services at customer sites. You will work responsibly and ensure that tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with agreed quality standards and operating procedures. You will act as a key link between employees, management, and customers, supporting your supervisor in daily operations. However, the position does not include direct managerial responsibility.
Customer service is a central part of the role, and success requires a customer-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. In this position, you will have a direct impact on customer experience and the smooth running of customer relationships. Therefore, active collaboration, clear communication, and a solution-oriented approach are essential.
**Your responsibilities include:**
– Ensuring the quality of daily cleaning operations and planning work allocation, as well as using resources cost-effectively
– Continuously developing operations together with your supervisor and actively contributing improvement suggestions
– Guiding and onboarding employees and ensuring safe working practices
– Customer collaboration
– Regular participation in practical cleaning work
**We expect you to have:**
– Experience in cleaning work and knowledge of commercial cleaning services
– The ability to guide and support a work community in everyday situations, promote an equal and respectful working atmosphere, and provide clear feedback
– Strong organizational skills and initiative
– A customer-focused approach and positive attitude
– The ability to work under pressure and solve problems
– The ability to communicate verbally and in writing in either Finnish or English. Language skills play an important role in this guidance-oriented position to ensure understanding of work instructions, safe working practices, and the management of employment-related matters. If one language is fluent, the other can be at a basic level. We value a diverse work community where different language and cultural backgrounds are considered a strength.
– A valid work permit if you are not a Finnish citizen
– A valid driver’s license
**We offer you:**
– A permanent, full-time employment contract of 37.5 hours per week
– Work shifts on weekdays and weekends, starting from 6:00 a.m. We expect flexibility to work different shifts when needed.
